From what I hear the best thing to do is inject 40mcg bilaterally PWO into the muscle you just worked. But I usually work 2 muscle groups each workout, like Chest/tris, back/biceps , quad/ham , shoulder/traps. What do I do ? Do I still inject 40mcg total and just spread that around or do I inject 40mcg bilaterally so it would be 80mcg total, for example 20mcg right bicep 20mcg left bicep 20mcg left lat 20mcg right lat ?

Also is injecting IGF-1 pretty much just like injecting AAS or is it a lot easier because you can use slin needles ?
