    IGF longR3 Pre workout

    Everything I read says to take IGF long R3 post workout. If it has a longer half life about 20 to 30 hours then why dont I take it pre workout? That should give me a crazy pump and will still be in my system post workout. My buddy has is pro card and he does it pre work out just wondering if anyone else does as well.

    You can take LR3 anytime, so yes pre-workout is fine.

    pre-workout is the only way I take it. Just make sure you have plenty of carbs in your system or sip on a glucose drink. LR3 is a powerful GDA and can make you go hypo especially if you take it before working out. If you have adequate carbs beforehand you will be fine, and yes the pump is sick.
