Help! Added BW to fast to HGH vial

Hey guys, listen I drew out 1cc of BW and when I inserted that needle into my vial of hgh the bw shot right into the bottle without me even pushing down on the plunger. MOST of the hgh immediatly was absorbed but there was a few pieces so I gently swirled it around until they were gone. Did I ruin that vial now because the water went in so violently?? Let me know asap.

Try holding on to the plunger on the syringe next time.
My vials have a strong vacuum so I always have to hold it or it gets sucked in to fast.

Yeah I figured that out on the second vial I mixed. So you think that first vial is ok though??

It's fine.

The reason to add the water slowly is that if you add it too quickly the HGH can foam up and get stuck to the sides of the vial, and you waste a little of it.

You could always push some air into the vial first next time and then the bac water afterwards. The bac water will do the job of preventing any nasties.

Thanks again to all. I mixed up another vial today and this time I held the plunger and all was fine.
