I'm using HGH ED at 4IU's. I split my shots into 2IU upon waking and 2 IU right before bed. I never eat carbs with in 1 hr of shots and my carbs are limited to greens on my carb up day no more than 100grams of oatmeal which I do about every three days. I need to stay pretty lean as I fitness model and carbs stay pretty low.
My first question is does my method seem okay? I've been using GH for the past 3 months and I'm in it for the long run atleast a year.
Secondly, I heard that GH can slow metabolism is this true? I test blood sugar daily in the am its generally in the 90'sand at night its generally in the 100's, kind of weird since I eat releatively no insulin affecting carbs?
My last question is will GH make it harder to remain in ketosis?
