IGF1 RH for site growth?

Having searched hours and hours on google there is hardly any information on this peptide.

Its about 1/4 the cost of LR3, and in particular im intrested in increasing my shoulders, does this work for this purpose or is it just worthless.??

From what I recall, IGF-LR3 is NOT site specific, and the other is, I have only had experience with IGF-LR3, and it works, not sure about the other.

Side NOte:

Military Presses, then drop sets will work wonders for mass on your shoulders, but again you need to DIET, and stick to it, etc.
