Ok I am looking at Nutropin which comes in a 10mg vial. The kits I have used before were graduated in IU's. So how many IU's are in a 10mg vial??
Or what is the correlation between mg/IU?

This is from the HGH guide in this section:
"HGH will either be stated in Units (IU's) or in Milligrams (mg). If it is stated in milligrams, the conversion is most commonly stated as 1mg = ~3IU's (its really more precisely 1mg=2.7IU)."
so that would be 27IU per vial for you...
