how to mix somatropin???

i recently got 20 10iu vials of yellow top somatropin and 30ml bac water. but i did not recieve any instructions with them on how to mix or how to admister?? so could anyone help with some mixing instructions also can this be injected in the muscle or does it have to be under the skin? thanks any info will be much appreciated.

You can also google the somatropin website and get the package insert which gives explicit instructions there, as well as conversions for mg to IU, etc.
