    HGH and Morning training/carbs

Hey guys first post been lurking for a while. Just got 400IU Hyges and am trying to schedule my training/injections/work. Lately I've been training at 6AM and taking Superpump250/Creatine/Protein a half hour prior. Im planning on starting with 3IU and working up to 5IU trying to get my bodyfat lower. Would it be better to inject at 430am take Superpump at 530am and train at 6 or inject at 6am do cardio and save the workout for after work at 5pm?

    My concerns are:
    1. Carbs in Superpump/Protein affecting blood glucose.
    2. Working out within an hour and a half of injecting blunting my natural production.

    Stats:
    25y/o
    230lbs 6'2
    14%BF

    Thanks for the help guys!

I do the second one everyday. I take 2 IU growth go do cardio for a hour then come home by the time food is made its like 1.5 hours after the shot if not later I have my egg whites and oatmeal. You could do it the other way but personally cardio am and lifting later will be more effective in fatloss any way, just don't eat before you go.

I also just picked up some chormiom Picolate (didn't win the spelling bee) to help manage blood gluocose as well as I load my oatmeal with cinnamin, you should also get a blood glocose monitor to watch your levels.

    Good luck brother!
