time between hgh shots

Whats the shortest period of time you can leave it between shots to make splitting up a dose effective and worthwile? I have time constraints a few days a week so not sure whether to split a dose with about 45mins in between or not bother. Thanks

How many ius are you planning on taking each dose?

I believe there is a active window of hgh. I ha e read that it last 4 hours and that is why we get a mid day drop off. I would think injecti g 45 min apart is a waste. Not worth the extra needle and swab.

The reason I'm asking how many iu's your taking is if your only taking 2ius/dose you might as well just do 4ius in one shot.

it is best to split up shots... but i shot 4ius once a day for quite awhile and was happy with it.... especially since youre only doing them 45 minutes apart which seems pointless... anything over 4 though i would definetely split up into multiple injections

I take 8 ius 5 days a week and normally have 4 ius at 7am and about 11am. I have got to be out of my office 2 days a week now so was just asking to try to avoid taking it with me but will just have to. Thanks guys.
