REALLY new to this, but looking to use different things between cycles of AS and MGF seems like the logical choice or GH.
From what I understand though, MGF is in laymans terms....a work out in a bottle?
Does it simply break down the muscle tissue....so it heals back similar to the break down that occurs when we lift?
Would it working, attribute to MORE soreness? as your body recovers?
