bump
so long as it has not been out of the fridge and is within its expiry date it should be fine, once insulin is taken out of a fridge (temp exceeding 2-8c) it can be stored at room temp for 28 days
even if its opened?
once opened and in use insulin should not be stored in fridge, should be at room temp for 28 days
some manufacturers recommend this, but it is better to keep cool at all times. it will last about a month as you stated at room temp and will have less "sting" and less chance of air bubble formation if warmer. but its definitely more stable being refrigerated.
thats the better way. both will work.Originally Posted by keithdolby
