I was browsing through some threads etc but I can't use the pm feature yet so figured I'd post it up here.

Weight 203lbs
BodyFat I'm guessing 18-20% atm

Goals Sub 15 percent(and loose this belly I've developed and get more cut)

Now I Myself have narrowed down the choices to clen /t3 for what I wish to accomplish is my primary goal is to shed as much of this fat that i've accumulated over my mid section in the last few years.

My normal workout's consist of

2 Mile cardio in the morning, Then goto work Slow times> then in the afternoon's hit the gym and then it's slow again.

While I can loose and gain weight at a fairly easy pace I can never ever seem to get rid of my gut.


Any advice would be appreciated!
