A friend has about 10 boxes of blue tops from a legit source that he has kept in a fridge set to very cold, but not freezing (as is the recommendation for storage) for 1 year - due to personal reasons he was unable to commit to using them in one long stretch as he wanted to do (he is of the belief that punctuated HGH usage is a waste). They are still in the white boxes, in turn sealed in a tupperware container. He is now interested in using them but wonders if they are still good.
Any thoughts?
