So I've been reading and doing my homework on slin.
No, I'm not using it [yet], and I don't know when I'm going to give it a shot.
Anyways, I've seen a lot of protocols where it is suggested to take in your carbs 5 minutes after your shot(We're talking Log here), and then take in your protein 15 minutes after shot.
So my question is, why the protein delay? Can't you just take your carbs and protein both 5 minutes after shooting slin?
What's the reasoning behind waiting to take in protein?
