Injected 70iu's of Insulin by mistake

I keep one Humapen full of GH and the other full of Humalog insulin . They are clearly marked so I don't get them confused. However, I mistakenly injected 70iu's of slin subq thinking it was 7iu's of GH. And, I was thinking, "Oh shit. What have I just done?"

I normally take 20iu's of slin twice per day along with my GH. So, in addition to my normal whey, milk and sugar drink, I downed another 100grams of sugar in cranberry juice followed by another 100grams at T + 1 hour and 50grams at T + 2 hours, and thank God, I am fine now at T + 3 hours.

My heart rate did increase though as did my body temperature. To top it all off, my wife wanted to have sex 30 minutes after I took my slin, and being the gentleman I am, I obliged. I thought my heart would beat out of my chest and my body temperature was way up.

Mind you, I remember going hypo years ago when I first started experimenting with only 6iu's of Humulin R.

The moral of this is: Please be careful when sorting your injectables and keep plenty of sugar on hand.

Yup, you're really lucky you realized. Imagine the ramifications that could have occurred if you hadn't altered your post-injection nutrition!

definatly not a mistake you want to repeat. going hupo isnt your only concern when putting that much slin into your body. thank god your alive and ok.

i know a guy who takes 60iu's ed..humalin-R first thing in morning

also know a guy who accidently took 50 before..something like you did.
