    Endurance Athlete......

    Hey all.... Just wanted to some thoughts on how to run some recently acquired products..so calling all endurance athletes and those 'in the know!' Decided to post in this section as i feel the HGH questions are the most important to me as I have not used it before. I would have put it in sports but nobody seems to go in there LOL. anyway i digress...

    Stats
    Age: 25
    Height 6ft 3
    Weight 215
    Bf 14-15%
    Diet - read below..must be right to do what I do!
    Training - moved away from weights...now racing triathlons both on and off road, mountain biking, middle distance running and adventure races. All good fun!
    Previous cycle experience - plentiful but only AAS.... And its been nearly 2 years clean.


    Goals - currently racing as a 'clydesdale' (200lbs+ racer) and want to remain in that category. So looking for improved recovery, and the ability to train harder for longer without feeling exhausted the next day! Not looking to get any heavier. A lower BF% would make me happy but not essential (I like to keep warm in the winter lol)

    What im looking at:

    HGH - 2ius 5/2 for forseeable future....
    Test E - 200mg per week -
    EQ - 200g per week -
    PCT - of course!!

    May seem low to a lot of you but going from my research this seems a good amount for the results im looking for.

    So what am I looking for thoughts on

    - should I keep HGh at 2ius or should I gradually build to 4iu's.... If so thoughts on when and how?
    - Would I be wasting my time starting at 1iu and seeing how my body reacts? I am racing throughout august and do not want to bloat or suffer joint issues...yes I know its a low as sh1t dose but still...
    - If I am starting the HGH this week when would you start the test e and eq? Now or should I wait?
    - EQ+test - at these low doses should I take 1 shot a week or split into 2?

    And before you mention that I shouldn't use EQ just remember why I am using it...red blood cell count....

    honestly it looks good

    but id bump your test to 250

    just cuz at your age/health/stats your test levels should be equivalent to 200mgs a week anyways (about)

    so if no point in runnin only 200. for a lil boost but nothing dramatic id recommend 250mg or 300. i ran 250mg for many weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. def helped with recovery and such

    along with your HGH they will go nicely

    and do you have a length of time in mind for runnin these items?

    was thinking of running eq+test 13 and 14 weeks respectively

    with the HGH id say go longer with the test and eq

    especially since eq takes almost 8 weeks to reach stable blood levels

    run em for 16.

    such low doses along with HGH will make it a nice cycle

    and easy to recover from.

    but really... you could run it till you stop seein it working. then stop. which depending on the person could be anywhere from week 10 to week 20

    i ran 250 test for 20 weeks. no problems

    yeah more gh. wk-1)start with 2iu in the early morning. i take mine 1.5hrs before wake up. stay at that dose for a wk. wk-2) take 2.5iu the same time. wk-3) 3iu early morning or 1.5iu early morning and 1.5iu mid afternoon. and so on...... if you do experience any bloat or uncomfortable joint pain then bump ur dose down 1iu for a wk and start back up.

    yeah. now i dont remember getting up most of the time. i preload my pin at night and lay an alcohol swab on the counter. i know that i took my dose after i have a cup of coffee and look in the fridge and dont see my pin. i do forget about once a wk though.

    To recap the answered questions...i should bump test/EQ up to 250/300ml.... i should bump the GH to start and 2 and build to 3.

    with those doses. you could take one shot a week
    plus they are both long esters
    so you wont increase risk of sides with simple one week shots

    and i would wait a lil bit to start the cycle after you start the HGH

    youll get better results with the cycle when the hgh is fully in your system

    but since hgh takes months to really notice anything. id say wait a few months if you can

    yeah i was debating leaving it a while...just wanted some outsider thoughts... got a half marathon 11th October so might wait till after that....

    this might be controversial but you could "frontload" ur gh with IGF-LR3 the 1st month. ive read in numerous studies that it takes GH(the IGF levels) 10-12wks to get stabilized(peak) and thats why people wait till then to start their AAS cycle. so if you frontload the LR3 the 1st 4-5wks you will get good results in less time. you could also frontload your eq and test the 1st wk take 500mg of test and 600mg eq split 2x per wk. also if you are wanting to minimize bloat i would be pinning 2x per wk instead of one. i understand that its prolly not gonna make that much of a difference to the normal user but for somebody that has to carry around an extra lb or 2 for 50miles(or whatever crazy distance) it does make a difference. this is just my opinion from my research.

    ^^ at 300 and 250 a week he shouldnt experience any bloat at all from the gear

    i have no experience with EQ so i was just going with the rule of thumb being more frequent injections the less sides. but you might want to listen to dukkitdalaw cause he prolly has way more experience than me.

    if he was runnin a slighty higher dose id say to do 2 injections a week

    but at such low doses he shouldnt encounter any sides what so ever

    he'll probably get more sides from the GH
