where do you inject your insulin? and specify im or sub q. i need some more info on the post injection shake also, any input would be appricated, i dont know where to get dextrose so if you could name a powder or sumhing like monster maize or somethingi can buy at gnc would be great. thanks

Insulin is injected with u100 needles subcoutanously in abs or where bones are not close to skin. If you're bf is low inject with 45° inclination. Every insulin kind has is peak at a different time, so the organisation of meals change. Be sure to get at least 10g carb(dextro or malto)/iu+ 5gcreatine+5g glutammine after taking insulin. The best time to inject is postworkout. Some people inject prewo to have the peak of insulin just after workout, but that's very very dangerous.
