    Cracked vial, how to salvage?

This morning while half awake I was trying to pop the plastic top off a new vial and managed to crack the top off the vial which contains powdered HGH. After a few choice words I put the cracked vial in a baggie and set in back in the refrigerator. It does raise an interesting question though: How best to salvage the powder? This is/was a sealed bottle not an ampule. Thanks.

I wouldn't think there would any safe way to salvage it. It won't be sterile now.

At first, I would have said that it was no longer any good and to throw it but I'm not so sure that just because it has been exposed to air that it would be contaminated.

I have heard people say the same thing about AAS. A common procedure when withdrawing anything from a vial is to inject the same amount of air into the vial as the amount of liquid that you intend on withdrawing so as to not create a vacuum inside the vial. So you are injecting the same air that your HGH has been exposed to with your broken vial. Even if you don't inject air before you withdraw any liquid, you will create a vacuum inside the vial and when the vacuum is strong enough it will suck air through an old hole in the septum or through the hole you are making as you pierce the septum.

I would reconstitute the gear, draw it up into a syringe and use it

I would use it all right now clean as can be, if you leave it it will be unprotected! if you dont use it all in one shot leave the rest in the syringe

This was over a week ago guys, if he hasn't used it yet I wouldn't think it would be safe now.
