I've read elsewhere in this forum that 50 - 100 mcg is an adequate dose of T4. I've also read that one person did 200mcg with a daily dose of 3.3 iu of jintropin.
I've done HGH for a while and have never done T4. I will start soon, as it has been reported by reliable sources to be beneficial... so what I'm saying is that I believe you are on the right track.

I would take other drugs to stack with hgh. T4 may give good results, but playing with tiroid hormones is very dangerous for your body.

from what I was reading sounds like you need it to go with hgh.... to get the benefits

It's up to you to estimate risk/benefits. In any case gh may bring results alone in cutting, but in some people it drops thiroid hormones.

Based on personal exp. I def did not need t-4 to exp benefits of gh. I did add t-4 after many mos of gh because I read the same article. On this very website the author of that article has been called a lot of dif names including a fraud.
I have no idea the validity of what he wrote or of his character but I do know that he is one person whose credibility seems to be in question. IMO to take his word as the "must do" when taking gh or anything doesn't work for me. I have stopped the t-4 and noticed no dif b4 or after. I do believe that less is more and other than Roberts self proclaimed "expert opinion" I don't see any science/chemistry degrees in his bio.
That said I am pleased with the benefits of gh w/o anything but better diet and exercise plan.
