whats the best way to take hgh

am getting mixed reviews on this,
im reading on here you should take hgh hypetropin am 5 days on 2 days,
4 ius a day,
but i got told from a good friend for best results take it every other day so on the days off your body is releasing its own hgh.

whats your opinion on this cheers

5 days on and 2 days off is good. the longer you stay on it the better. If taking 2 IUs a day doubles the amount of time you can take HGH, then do it. But if money is no issue, then take 4 IUs a day. As far as the every other day thing goes, I've never heard of anyone doing that.

Its actually a sticky on this forum some where saying to take it this way. I was going to make a simular post. EOD vs. 5 on 2 off

I've taken HGH for a year, either doing one morning injection or two daily injections, one when I first wake up and one in the afternoon or early evening, every day. I occasionally go out of town, traveling by air and I occasionally work on offshore oil platforms or the north slope. I don't use HGH then, as I am virtually owned by the company, subject to searches, etc. and they are not open minded regarding my right to HRT. So those are my breaks from usage.

It's my understanding that the reason for an irregular dosage schedule is to make sure that the pituitary gland doesn't become reliant on HGH and quits working without it. That is an unproven theory, although certainly possible and obviously something to be concerned about.

For me, my occasional breaks for 2 days to 2 weeks serve the same purpose as a schedule of 5 and 2. I am over 50, so preserving the function of my pituitary gland while important, is not as critical as someone who is ten or twenty years younger.

I also limit my single injection amount to 2 iu's, so my daily dose has been 4 iu's when I do two injections or 2 iu's when doing a single one. The benefits from HGH for me have been very satisfactory.

The inhibition of gh by somastotin is not so rilevant by low dosis, specially if you split the dosis in two times.
