Torn pectoral, not from the bone (few!) 3 weeks post injury still cant do a push-up. Started PT and in the gym working around the injury. Chest is out of the equation for a long time

What would you run to help repair a torn muscle. I'm at 3iu w/200mg of test right now.

I ran 2 iu for a few days with no sides so I went to 3iu and I have very faint sides.

What is the optimal dose for healing (2 or 3iu)? I only have 200iu total to work with.


Adding var and backing the test down to 100mg next week also
