hey guys i ordered a 1mg of the long R3igf. it said that it comes with all of its solvents. now my question is when i get the package in the mail what is the steps that i do to get it dissolved and ready to go? i got a month supply cause i am going to do like 30mcgs everyday. thanks?

oh yeah i bought it from ar-r.com and it said it comes with the nacl solution. does that mean that i just mix the solution and the powder together and let the powder dissolve in the solution? thanks guys

Yep, just put the solution into the vial with a sterile needle and you're ready to go.

Actually you will want to inject very slowly one ml air into the vial first, then drip one ml of solution along the side of the bottle letting it run down the side to the bottom slowly so as not to rush in. There should still be a small vacuum in the bottle so hold the plunger and the bottle to control the flow rate. Once it is int there, slowly swirl the bottle around. Do not shake or agitate. If it has pieces still stuck to the bottom then roll it back and forth in your hands for a few minutes slowly at an angle.

You can let it sit a few minutes as well then roll again if there are still any unmixed powder.

When you draw out, be sure to injet the amount of air first without the needle being in the solution, then turn the bottle over and draw the desire amount out.

BTW, keep refrigerated. And 30 mcg seems a little low. 40 is recommended minimum dosage. i do 80.
