Mixing blue tops

I just got a few kits of blues. When mixing them with bac water as soon as I stick the pin in the vial it sucks out the water without me doing anything. It is like a bag vaccum inside the vial. Then the mixture gets real cloudy and there is some foam @ the top of the mixture. I never had this happen with any hgh while mixing.. It seems there is a big vaccum inside the vial. I hope this doesn't hurt anything.. Is this something I need to worry about... thanks..

it got a vacum so generally thats a good sign,instead of letting it pull the water into the vial so fast i would turn vial to its side a little bit and let the water slowly go down the side of the vial just hold the stopper with your finger so it does not get pulled in so fast so it should not foam up as bad and you will cause less damage.

put pin in at 45degree angle. that will help

just mixed one.. did not foam as much just a little... will need to hold the pin just a bit more,.., thanks
