I am currently taking 3IU's per day and had aspirations to bump that up to 4-6IUS. However, in reality it looks as though I am only going to be able to inject upon wake up. I have a refrigerator in my office but i would hate my employees to find it and ask questions! So my question is how much can i inject daily if i can only inject once per day?

What about after work...you really want to get more injects in. Ive done every way possible and the more injects the better. Your body gives you GH pulses so that's what you want to try to mimic.

why 1 hour before and after carbs.
i take 4 ius at 7am then eat my eggs and oats 15 minutes later.

i like to inject 2iu every 4-5hr. so you can take a lunch box with a zip-lock with ice or a cool pack and throw your preloaded pin in there. or do what BG said if you are only going up to 6iu.

lunch box is not a bad idea....
If i was going to wait until after work should i split evenly or increase the morning shot with a smaller evening one?
