    hgh need help from someone

    is it better to take hgh at the end of a cycle or in my pct? and how much is a good dose?>

    HGH is best taken for a minimun of 6 months to see results IMHO.
    Pre,durring and post cycle,
    Dose would depend on what your trying to achieve with it?

    How old are you?
    Stats?
    How long have you been training for?

    I think HGH is something you should not use until you have ran a bunch of regular compound cycles.. There is really no need to worry anout HGH unless you are way into the game
