I'm going on 6 months with HGH. I aspired for a couple of months but never got any blood in the syringe. I pin sub q about 6" put from either side of my belly button. After I got used to the pinning and never seeing any blood from my injection areas i got lazy and stopped aspirating. I haven't run into trouble yet. When I first started pinning I pinched my belly fat and injected into the pinched fat rather than in the pocket below the pinched area. The pressure from fingers pinching the belly fat would make dark hematoma at times. When I started injecting in the pocket below the pinched area no such thing has happened since.

starkiller, you aspirate by drawing the plunger back after you insert the pin. If blood is drawn then you know you hit a vein. If you see air there is a vacuum and you're in the adipose tissue. Good to go, inject the HGH.

I have done sub q HGH injections for over a year and NEVER aspirate . Occasionally, I bleed (slightly) following a sub q shot, but its really no big deal. I use 5/16" pins, so what am I gonna find if I truly keep the shot sub q? I see no reason to aspirate and to do so would be potential irritating or damaging to the tissue is such a shallow injection, in my opinion.
