Should lypholised (white powder) gh be shipped cold?

should but most say(prolly from sources mouth) that GH is good for up to 30days in powder form. but i truthfully dont know. maybe somebody else might. i dont think being shipped in 100+degree container for a wk could be good for it.

ive gotten it both ways but it still works great when it comes without an ice pack

i get mine un-refrigerated, but i put it in the refrigerator as soon as i receive it. it seems to survive the trip alright (about a week to rural Alaska), but i have no way to tell if it has lost some of it's effectiveness. it won't get hot here unless someone puts it near a heater vent....
