Hello Guys.
I am currently 2 weeks into my IGF1-Lr3 cycle.
I am injecting 80mcgs Sub Q first thing on a morning, 5 days on - weekends off.
Is this protocol still decent? I do it Sub Q instead of Intra Muscular as its just not viable for me to pin in muscle every morning where as Sub Q takes 2 mins while im getting read for work.
I also take ZMA on a night before bed, i have read this can help when on IGF-1.
Should I also take ZMA before? I take my IGF-1 on an empty stomach usually do 30 mins cardio - THEN have a protein shake and some carbs a little later.
I am 8 weeks out from my bodybuilding show, just wondered if there are any other ways of optimising it?
How do i actually know if the stuff is working? Cant be sure in regards to the Fat Loss as im also taking Clenbuterol
Finally - Even if the IGF-1 dosent make me bigger - am i correct in thinking it is still multiplying cells and growing cells - which will then give me more cells for steroids to increase in size?
