IGF1 Cycle Optimisation
Hello Guys.
I am currently 2 weeks into my IGF1-Lr3 cycle.
I am injecting 80mcgs Sub Q first thing on a morning, 5 days on - weekends off.
Is this protocol still decent? I do it Sub Q instead of Intra Muscular as its just not viable for me to pin in muscle every morning where as Sub Q takes 2 mins while im getting read for work.
I also take ZMA on a night before bed, i have read this can help when on IGF-1.
Should I also take ZMA before? I take my IGF-1 on an empty stomach usually do 30 mins cardio - THEN have a protein shake and some carbs a little later.
I am 8 weeks out from my bodybuilding show, just wondered if there are any other ways of optimising it?
How do i actually know if the stuff is working? Cant be sure in regards to the Fat Loss as im also taking Clenbuterol
Finally - Even if the IGF-1 dosent make me bigger - am i correct in thinking it is still multiplying cells and growing cells - which will then give me more cells for steroids to increase in size?

80mcg is enough,sub-Q is just fine,like gh it would take months to see results,no proof that I ever read for multipling cells with the longer chain Lr3,in theory igf would not increase size(certainly not in a few weeks)cells would multiply then you would have to volumize the cells down the road with workout/food/cycle/etc. I'm on it also.(month or so,noticed some pump,vascularity) I think six months of igf, then hit a hard cycle and see what happens.

Why are you injecting IGF subQ? IGF should be injected IM. The whole goal of IGF is to get it directly into the muscles so that the IGF receptors in the muscles can absorb as much IGF as possible. The best way to reset the IGF receptors in the muscles is a HARD workout. So if you're pinning first thing in the morning your muscle's ability to absorb IGF is minimal. The IGF will most likely end up growing your gut. Your intestines has the greatest amount of IGF receptors. Whatever your muscles don't absorb your intestines will absorb. You should pin IGF directly into the muscles immediately PWO.
IGF by itself is ok. HGH by itself is ok. HGH+IGF is awesome muscle growth. You should think about stacking HGH with your IGF. You'll notice gains much quicker. If you're going to spend the time and money to do an IGF cycle sell your old 3 wheeler (lol, just kidding) and get some HGH.
