I was on HGH/IGF-lr3 for four months before I began my 12 wk sustanon 250 cycle. I was getting strong with the HGH/IGF over those 4 months. The gain was very gradual. Over the 4 months I gained 5lbs overall but lost quite a bit of fat. When I started my sus cycle I jump started with 4 weeks of dbol. I gained 20lbs in 4 weeks. My bench went from 255 to 305. It was obvious to the people around me I was doing something right. LOL I just got HUGE. Up to that point the heaviest I was in my life (EVER) was 180lbs. Then in 4 wks I'm 200lbs? My wife knew something was up. I told her I was eating a lot of salt and was retaining water. LOL The reason I am writing all of this.
1. HGH/IGF runs really well with sustanon/dbol (for me).
2. I take 5iu/ed HGH. 2.5iu in the am and 2.5iu in the pm.
3. The HGH seems to keep me from gaining much fat. I ate really clean for the first 4 weeks and gained water weight with sus/dbol. Second 4 weeks I was on business travel 100% and ate poorly. But I gained very little belly fat.
4. With just the sus/HGH/IGF (week 10) no dbol I'm still getting stronger. My bench is now 330lbs. The gains are not nearly as fast as the first four weeks but I'm not as puffy with water and I'm still getting stronger.
5. I did get body acne but with a little of benzyl peroxide soap it's under control. Looks ugly but not life threatening. The hardest part is explaining to the coworkers my acne.
