1000 iu
how would you use 1000iu's of growth.
stats
31 years old
last i checked sub 10% bodyfat
5'10
190 pounds
what i want is to lose that last little bit of fat in my ab's so mainly fatloss so and the anti aging effects. so im thinking....
2iu a day
then on next cycle 7iu after workout w/ insulin for 6 weeks so that will give me enough to go about a year
comments im looking for fat loss, little mucsle, and some anti aging

I'm 50 and have been on HGH for going on 7 months. I noticed belly fat loss at about 7 weeks. It was noticeable. nothing wk1, nothing wk2, ... a little loss wk5, a little more wk6, then wk 7 the fat started to melt off. By wk 8 I had a nice wash board going. I'm 50 so I'm thinking my body metabolism took a while to jump start. By this time I was at 5iu/ed. My muscles felt pumped all the time. It was great. At 7 months I steel feel great. Anti aging? I don't really know what that means. Most people mistake me for 32 to 34. Is that anti aging? We all age but we seem to do it at different rates. With HGH it seems a little slower. Good deal

I'm still at 5iu/ed blue tops. I did an experiment and worked upto 10iu/ed for a week. The sides were too much so I went back down to 5iu/ed. I have really good results there.

if i had that much, i would just run 4iu a day. 5 on 2 off. for as long as it would last.

Yes, 5/2 seems to work well also. I take 5/ed because I bought a lot of HGH.

I've been taking blue tops for over a year now. I have taken 4 iu/day, but now take 2 iu/day. I'm 50 and I recognize the benefits of HGH.
I think a 4 to 5 iu's/day would be ideal for me...
