Well I can tell you from my experience of 1.6 iu's per day. My baseline before starting was IGF-1 @ 119. After about 2 1/2 months my IGF-1 was 309. Your numbers or expectations would of course differ depending on your age, genetics and quality of HGH.

What HGH do you plan to use ?

Hyge can be a good product if in fact 191aa. It is what I am currently running. IGF-1 can easily be tested with a blood test. You should also be tested for at the least Total and Free Testosterone , Estradiol (Estrogen), SHBG, etc. You can find a good example of what to test for on Life Extension Website. Look for their "Male Hormone Panel".

Thanks for the Link only trouble is I'm in Asia as I see you are.
Would you suggest I go to the big expensive Hospital or just use my Local Doctor for the Blood Tests.

Well I have done both. I have had a blood workup at Bumrungrad Wellness Center and at a local small lab. In my opinion the extra money you pay at Bumrungrad is not worth it. Why ? Because they are not really up to date on HRT so it really is not worth the extra cost to just basically have them draw blood and send it to a lab. The only benefit there is to going to a larger hospital is you may get your results back quicker.
