Drop your dose Down to 2-3iu ed until the sides stop. Then bump it up an iu every week. If the sides come back then bump it back down an iu. BW will keep ur gh good for at least a wk.

Inject in the morning, empty stomach at least 1/2hour before carbs.

    Check the Diet section.

I have had bad sleep habit for about 10 years. I got on HGH a year ago hoping to regulate my sleep, doesn't do it for me. I take 5iu/ed. 2.5iu in the am on empty stomach before workout. 2.5iu right before I leave work (I just carry the pin in an eye glasses case) because it takes me about 45 minutes to get home. I normally eat a snack when I get home so I want to keep the HGH away from carbs for about an hour.

The HGH sides seems to vary slightly between people. If you're not getting sleep it might not be the HGH. Check the variables in your lifestyle. If you're getting CTS make sure you stretch your fingers and hand. I have a sit on you butt and type on the keyboard sort of job for 30 years. I have CTS pretty bad at one point. It didn't help that I got sides from HGH. It was VERY uncomfortable. I started stretching my hands and got a shot in the wrist from the ortho. Wrists are still stiff but at least no pain.
