    Another newbie

I'm interested in starting a low dose of HGH (2-3 i.u. per day) mainly for anti-aging purposes. SInce I've had problems with sides from HRT I'd ramp up very slowly, say 1 i.u./day for a week or two and then up to 2 i.u., etc.

After looking around there seem to be a number of "sources" for reasonably affordable generic HGH (mainly blue caps). Of course it's impossible to know whether these sources are legitimate and whether you're getting genuine HGH or crap. I've also learned from this forum that it can take as much as six months to notice the benefits from GHRT. SO...What is one to do? Wait around for six months to figure out whether what you've been pinning is genuine? Is there another way to avoid this potential waste of time and/or money? Should I try to get a script from a doctor (if I can) and start out on pharmaceutical grade stuff for comparison purposes before switching to generic?

    Thanks.
