When would IGF - LR3 be best taken, while bulking or leaning?
There seems to be two camps on IGF. One camp says it works. If you're in that camp then take 50mcg to 100mcg IM immediately PWO. Pin directly into the worked muscle as SOON as possible. If you're in the other camp, they say IGF is the biggest waste of money. I've tried IGF and I liked it. I thought it worked for me over an 8 week period. I use IGF for bulking.
I've done a few cycles of igf and liked it. I do sub q and get the same results as someone pinning the muscle.
I've used it for bulking, leaning, and pct.
