Insulin.... experimenting but unsure..

Hey so I bought some insulin from rite aid a few months ago but have not read up enough on it to feel comfortable using it PWO... Does anyone have a link to another thread that gives all the information needed when messing with slin? I workout in the p.m. and i heard I wouldn't want to go to bed for about 4-6 hours after injection.... any info, advice, links would be great!! I searched around but there is just so much on it and so much i seem to always miss that I still don't feel comfortable starting it up...
