Simple question: which part of the body do you prefer to inject, and why??

Ive heard some debate on the issue. Some advocate the abdomen, others prefer the delt, tri, thigh. etc...

subq- anywhere you can stick under the skin
IM- depends on BF%. but i do bi, tri, quads, traps, shoulders,............

for subq- i do around 2 iu (0.2 cc) in my belly fat, at least 1" away from belly button or on my upper (outside) thigh, if i don't have adequate belly fat.

for im- i'll do up to 3 cc's in the glute

I like subq in the belly. I did IM and it works good. I felt the HGH working. But I still like the belly subq injections because I like the localized fat loss affect.

For me the quads are my fav iI have never felt any pain there or had any problems delts would b second but they seem to get really tender at times thats y its a good idea to rotate lol

just started a cycle and ive done quads twice, then went to tri's split the dose between both, did the same with delts the next day, planning on doing the same for rear delts today
