HGH question
I just started my HGH cycle and stacking it with winnie (pill form). My friend has me taking HGH daily at 2 units per shot. The needle I am using is a basic diabetic needle that measures in increments of 10cc, therefore I am taking 20cc a day. My goal is to burn off some stubborn fat. Is this the correct dosage to be taking?

Currently I am at 235 pounds with roughly 23% body fat. I am 23 yrs old at 6'1. The past year was a bit rough for me to train due to a financial crisis but I am in the clear now. I had let my body get out of shape during that period. I play semi pro football so my training is moderately intense.
Mon-Fri
10 min pre workout cardio (jog)
50 mins of lifting. Typically 4 sets of 8 out of three weeks then fourth week is 3 sets of 6.
EVERYTHING IS SUPER SETS FOR ME
Post cardio is 40 mins. Consisting of 20 mins interval sprints, 10 mins eliptical and 10 mins on stair master.
Saturday is purely interval training with suicides, jump rope, sprints, agilities, plyometrics.
Diet:
Oatmeal, Wheat Waffle, Apple - Breakfast
Snack - protein shake
Lunch - Chicken breast, brown rice, veggie or turkey sandwhich
Snack - power back
Dinner - Chicken/Salmon/Steak, veggie
Snack - Protein shake
i cut out all carbs past four pm.
Workout could be more intense but since I just started back up two months ago I want to keep it relatively simple for now.

Hey Andrew, my honest opinion is gh is not what you need. You need to make sure your diet is spot on and stick with the cardio your doing. Changes don't happen overnight. I'd wait a few years, then maybe try gh, but 2iu's isn't very much. In 6 months, with the routine your doing, you'll see some decent fat loss as long as you don't eat like sh!t. Keep your protien intake high, fats low and the majority of your carbs PWO.

Hey,
What do you recommend I do then with the gh I am currently taking? Finish out my cycle and wait a few years? I don't want to stop and trash it. Waste of money in eyes. Lol. Do you think I have to much bf to see results from hgh right now?

Not sure how many are in each bottle but I have six bottles left and I'm getting about seven injections out of each with 20 units in each of my needles.

HGH is not the magic bullet at your age. 2iu/day will do little for you. You need 3iu to 4iu per day. You don't have enough HGH to do you any good. You have to be on it for at least 6 months. I saw reduction in belly fat (saw my 6pak) in 7 weeks. But my diet was clean (taken from DIET section), I trained hard (did cardio too), and took 5iu/ed. In your case, you can leave out the HGH and keep the diet and workout. You'll look great and lose body fat with diet and exercise.
