Can i get some clarification on how i should dose for my goals and age.
I have taken hgh for 8 months at roughly 5 ius 5/2 protocol. I was 23 when I was doing that. I am now 24 and I am planning on taking 35ius a week of hgh. How the hell should i dose it. I am reading so much about 3 times a week, eod, ed, post workout. I am roughly at 170 5-7 with 12% bf age 24. want to try to elevate my igf lvls so that when i hit my next cycle of mast and prop i am good to go and continue through cycle. I guess me goals are to shed some fat and gain some lean lbs.
With that being said I like the eod at 10ius a day...but would i split it up, would i take post workout, or before i go to bed, Traditionally i always thought that taking in the morning was the best and that if i took at night it would ruin my natural hgh output.
I also like the 3 times per week schedule were i would take 12ius 3 times per week. But also how would i dose, morning, night, post workout etc....
You can see were i am having problems with this so confusing. Maybe someone has some input. I plan on running for the next 9 months straight.

from what i heard you should take it everyday not eod, you want to try to keep in rythm with your natural hgh pulse. I belive thats first thing upon waking and right before bed , when your pituitary gland releases. Imo post workout or eod is a bit retarded. I really wanna try gh but seems pretty pricy for the benefits.

k i am thinking of running 8ius ed for 9 months. I was going to run only 5ius a day but i guess I am moving up to 8ius since i think i will se way better results.
