started today
I will be taking cjc and ghrp6 3x a day and gh 2x
wake up
100mcg ghrp6
100mcg cjc
wait 15 mins 2iu gh
then 30 min cardio
10:15 am
breakfast
7 eggs whites
1 slice wheat bread
oatmeal ( 19 carbs )
1:10
tuna
and wheat crackers ( 22 carbs )
3:40
shots
protein bar (20 carbs )
6:20
chicken
broccoli
little rice
9:00
protein bar
lil bit of chicken
11:30
lil more chicken

Do not add igf. You need to see if what you have works before adding other compounds.
Remember:
Administration should ideally be done on either an empty stomach or with only protein in the stomach. Fats & carbs blunt GH release. So administer the peptides and wait about 20 minutes (no more then 30 but no less then 15 minutes) to eat.

What are your overall goals with this?? Just doesn't seem like a whole lot of food.. must be cutting for a COMP.. barely 2000cals there if that...
Oh and any AAS use in there?? EVEN Just a TRT dose of test would be a wonderful idea.. IMHO...

If you're taking blue tops 2iu might not be enough to get your body into the fat burning zone. You might want to bump up to 3iu everyday.

PEPS RULE !!
Even though I am just now running GH for my first time ever.. I have used a GHRP-2 + CJC protocol 2 times before as a fat burning regimen and to help me recover from the MASS INJURIES I sustained in a horrific motorcycle accident... and it brought me down from 305lbs 40+% bf down to 260lbs 29%bf in the span of 16 weeks...
The next time I ran it, I started at 250lbs 26%bf and did a 14 week regimen.. and went from 250- 214lbs 19% bf.. 8 weeks into though I started on HRT because of a medical condition..
SO PEPS REALLY DO WORK !! As long as you stay strict to diet and training...
NOW, I am using actual GH for my first time and I am NOT IMPRESSED.. So I am thinking of dumping the GH to return to Peptides... I don't know if it's my GH that is just not good or if i am soo super sensitive that I can't run it.. I dunno.. but I am slowly ramping up.. I am probably going to restart on GHRP-2 just to see if it will help ease the suckyness lol.. of GH..
I guess what pisses me off the most is that GH is supposed to make you feel like a million bucks.. I feel worse ON IT .. than I do... OFF IT ...
Go figure, but I will be tracking your progress JOEBLACK... I am anxious to see how this turns out for you..

everytime i take my gh i feel like a lil flush i get kinda red and all, is this normal?
and to make sure its real cant i wake up and take my blood sugar, take my gh wait 30 mins then take my blood sugar again and it should be lower??

I know people who used cjc 2x/week at 1mg/dose. That's the dose where they felt quite the rush. I tried 500mcgs and it was interesting.
