My Puck's have always been solidified to the bottom of the vial.. so I dunno.. it falls back on ONE Thing... Do you TRUST your Source.. if you answer YES to that question.. then YAH you should be good to go.. if you answer Ehhh I dunno.. then I would question it.. and if you answer NO.. then why THE HELL DID YOU EVEN ORDER FROM THEM.. Lol...
thanks duece......anybody else with any related input on the puck being loose and movin around inside the vial???
Its fine. A properly lyophilized substance wont stick to the glass and can shift in the vial. If the vial goes through temperature and/or pressure gradient after lyophilization the puck may expand and contract further making it capable of shifting in the vial more readily.
ive had situations wherere the puck would shift everyone once in awhile... never caused any problems so as long as you trust your source you can count on em
My pharm grade stuff does that too you're fine
Mine do that and I trust the source. Its fine
You should be good, I've had same thing happen to me but everything was fine.
