Yeah, I would think your IGF would be higher if you're on 4ius for 4 months.

I took an IGF-1 test and my reading was about 158 ng/ml, before I started taking HGH.
After taking 4iu/day blue tops, for 4 days, I took another IGF-1 test and was in the 190's. After 30 days I took another test and it was 300+.
Doing 4 iu/day, your IGF-1 reading should be much higher.

I had my igf-1 tests done with a blood spot kit, which i ordered and paid for online and sent back to the testing company via UPS.
Poked my finger, deposited the blood and sealed it up, all with the company provided kit. Had the tests done for less than $90 per test and the results were both mailed back and posted online for me.
Pretty confidential and hassle free....

My first question is did you get a baseline bloodtest before starting HGH ? If not I still would agree that a 169 after doing 4iu's for a couple of months proves w/o a doubt you stuff is junk. On 2iu's a day of blues I moved up my IGF's by 230 points !
