There's TONS of info on this forum. Word of warning... do your research first before you post questions or you'll get some rude comments thrown at you. 18-20 is way too young to be using HGH. HGH is recommended for people 30+.

    hey man
i appreciate the advice. i'm not saying i would jump on it at this age and the reason i asked was because there's a lot of contradictory info on this forum. from my understanding it's not HGH but a peptide that naturally stimulates your body to release more gh, not injecting it artificially. I'm here to learn bro but sorry if that was a stupid question.

I've read quite a few studies that talk about GHRP stimulating natural GH in the body. Dosage at 2mcg to 3mcg per 1kg of body weight has shown natural increase in the secretion of GH. 191aa HGH is synthetic and if taken correctly doesn't seem to hinder the natural GH release in men over 30.

At 18-20 your pituitary is most likely releasing all the gh it's producing. Peptides work better for people a little older, who still produce gh but don't release it all. As you get older your pituitary still produces the same amount of gh as in your 20's, it just doesn't release it all.
