    igf critique

    60mcgs/per day of lympholyzed igf-1 for 8 weeks immidiately after workout. is this excessive or should i up the dosage?

    165 lbs, 5'6", approx 9%bf

    I normally space out my IGF to three times per week @ 50mcg. Even if you did 60mcg each time I think you should space your injections out a bit. Give your body a chance to reset the IGF receptors. Then you can run 8 weeks or even 12 weeks.

    I would start at 40mcgs ED into the muscle groups you work split twice a day .. so 20mcg's two times a day.. once before, and once after your workout.. on your non-workout days go with the 40mcgs into the muscle group you want improvement in the most...

    Next time you run it.. bump up to 50mcgs per day...

    and the 3rd time.. up to 60mcgs and stay there until you reach your goals.. unless you have a body with over 100lbs of muscle .. your body won't utilize the extra IGF.. The max ANYONE even the PRO's should ever use is 100mcgs ED.. so that's that... anything over that is overkill...
