I am running IGF-1 Lr3 alone very soon and i have some questions..
i was told to pin IM immediately post workout, but i am currently bulked up so my veins are not that visible and i'm pretty nervous about striking a vein while pinning. how do i avoid this? and what should i do if it happens?
also..say i am working bis/tris for example, should i be good by pinning the IGF into my biceps bilaterally and not the triceps? i figured since i have the Long R3 version, the active window should be enough time for it to spread to my triceps..right?
sorry if i am asking a ton of questions it's just that this is my first time injecting anything, so i am a bit nervous.
