A Buddy of mine told me...

That I should start off with 4 iu s a day of somotropin.

    http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...33/Photo58.jpg

according to this article here : My Guide to HGH for anyone interested

A good rule of thumb to start out with hgh would be the ramp method of 2IU's the first 4 weeks 2.5 the next, 3 the next, and so on...

I bought enough of this stuff ( My Guide to HGH for anyone interested) to last at least 5 months.

    What should I do.

    28 years old

    5'8"

    175

    16% body fat

and just for the record... by "ramp up" you are referring to the method suggested in the forum that I cited right?

I really appreciate the input. After all the reading that I've been doing about hgh I knew that the folowing
    (Weeks 1-4 = HGH 2 IU’s one injection
    Week 5 = HGH 2.5 IU’s one injection
    Week 6 = HGH 3.0 IU’s split into two injections of 1.5 IU’s each
    Week 7 = HGH 3.5 IU’s split into two injections of 1.75 IU’s each)

ramp method might help me bennifit more in the long run. I just second questioned myself because my buddy is an avid juicer. It appears he is really misinformed. :/

yea Im 28 as well. I was hoping for increased energy and better well being. Besides the weight lose and muscle gain, the only thing its made me do is sleep like crazy.

Most people who take HGH under 30 are doing it for the anabolic results. I'm 50 and I really feel the "anti-aging" effects. I really don't think people in their 20's are going to feel much younger.

For those of us over 45 the above seems more reasonable. Not sure why at 28 anyone would want to shell out a ton of money for GH.

I'm 26 and after starting gh I dropped my antidepressants cause I just feel better. So you should get some well being benefits out of it, or at least I did.

I am on my first hgh cycle and I would strongly recommend the "ramp up". I started with 2iu and after 3 weeks I went up to 3iu instead of 2.5iu and got major sides. Go up slowly, don't rush it. I am 26 and just started my 2nd kit with 900mg test e/week. I like it so far, just started to see some results from the hgh.

I am on week 2 of GH.

First week @ 2iu's/day. Only sides were headaches and a sore joint once or twice.

Decided to ramp up start of week two to 3iu's/day.

Headaches increased then subsided. Injection site irritation increased. Feel a little bloated.

Pretty sure I'm going up to 4iu's the start of week 3.

I started at 4iu's a day right out of the gate..... i'm in my 4th week and still have the carpal tunnel and stiff joint sides..... just upped it to 5iu's and will maintain that for the next few weeks. I'm working my way up to 10.....

I don't feel any joint pain or headaches so far. I think I'm going to up the dose to 2.5 next week.
