I've been on HGH for a year now. One of the things I noticed was that my bum knee and elbow started to feel better. The healing isn't immediate it takes a few months.

I am also curious as to what dose would be good to speed healing of injuries. Would 3-5 ius ed do one good?

yes, I do 5iu/ed for the last year. I have really poor joints. I'm going to slap my mom and dad later. LOL No, at 5iu/ed all the little aches and pains feel better. Too much HGH or increasing dosage too fast will cause fluid to build up in your joints. It can get uncomfortable. Just back down an iu and stay there until the sides go away.
