IGF-1L3 ran with HGH frag 176-191

Does anyone know the correct doses to take with both these hormones? I plan on taking 50mcg EOD with the IGF and 200mcg 2ED (twice a day) with the frag.

My girlfriend also plans on taking the Frag and wanted to know what dose would be good for her as well. (stats: 5'3 115lbs)

any input would be great...

IGF best to do 50-100mcg pwo and 25-50mcg on none workout days. havnt used the other

I have not used them but I would be interested to know how the frag works for you.

The HGH and IGF works great together. I've been on HGH for a year and have done an IGF cycle in there. Got good results. Never tried the peptide.
