NOOB Q's..starting IGF-1lr3/MGF very soon

I will be purchasing Lion's Lr3/MGF @ 2mg each tomorrow.

probably going EOD bilaterally PWO, @ 50mcg til complete.

my couple question's are....and I have researched...

1) can I pin both bilaterally PWO in same region....say... arms...at the same time/one after the other?

2) and suggestions for me as to preferred protein intake while on

I havn't used MGF personally so I can't give advice on it.

Regarding Lr3 IGF-1 - I wouldn't use less than 80-100mcg's a day..... I used 40mcg's and didn't notice anything at all. Theres a lot of ontroversy surrounding the effectiveness of igf.....
