A couple noob HGH questions
Your $0.02 is needed!
1. What is considered a "safe" level of GH? Meaning if I wanted to avoid enlarged forehead, elbows, hands, etc. and still get some good, clean results?
2. How exactly does GH work when it comes to organs? I've read that it can enlarge and strengthen them, but can that be a bad thing in the long run?
3. Does it give any good strength gains at all or should I be cycling it with something more potent?
4. I have had mixed reactions to this question in multiple places, but I'm going to ask it again... Do you think that GH has any impact on athletic performance at all?

welcome to the forum... here's my two cents worth:
these are my personal and likely conservative opinions...
1. For me, and I use 2 iu/day to cruise and 4 iu/day if on a light cycle with test and deca .
2. I haven't had issues with "organ enlargement". I would imagine it's possible with megadoses. I am older and my prostrate has not been noticeably enlarged, nor have i experienced any other negative consequence of HGH use, other than the cost and availability of a good and genuine product. These issues are a result of the misplaced war or some drugs, along with a healthy dose of greed by American pharmaceutical companies who can charge what they want, without competition from more efficient producers overseas.
3. It works better with testosterone for me. That's when I've made significant gains. It aids recovery and makes the transition to PCT more smooth and seamless. It probably helps you retain your gains, but I can't tell because of my lack of experience cycling... I've only done one light cycle, other than doing HGH now for well over a year.
4. I think GH can be a positive part of an entire program of fitness, which would then have a positive impact on athletic performance. I think using it exclusively for athletic gains would be disappointing, although if you are older it really could make a difference between being able to perform and suffering an injury. For me, at 51, it has made me stronger.

by the book: 0.005mg/kg/day with max dose at 0,01
so if you are 80kg (180lbs) is 4IU per day and you have to split them, 2IU when you wake up and 2IU evening (I prefer after workout)

1) safe level BY THE BOOK is 0,05mg/kg/day. 80kg = 4IU, splitted in two doses 2+2
2) do you expect to get an answer here in a forum post? you should read the pinned topics. there are a few about HG and how it works.
