i just got my igf-1 blood results
Hello,
I'm 29yrs and I'm on HGH, 4 IU/day, for 6 weeks.
I just got my IGF-1 results which is 202
while normal values for the age of 29 are: 114 to 492.
It was a mistake not to do an IGF-1 test before starting HGH so Im not sure if the 202 is a good number.
What do you think?

my IGF-1 level was 158 ng/ml before i started doing HGH and i was 50 years old at the time of that test...
i would have to say that either the test was not valid or the HGH that you are doing is bunk.
are your IGF-1 numbers for in "ng/ml" (nanograms per milliliter)? if your testing company is using a different way to measure your IGF-1, then we may not be comparing apples to apples, although i doubt if that's the case, looking at the normal values listed. 4iu's per day should put you above normal.
if your HGH was 192aa, perhaps you had anti-bodies that destroyed it in your body, particularly if you have used it for a awhile... i know i'm grasping at straws here.
it's my guess that you most likely were sold bunk. you can get a blood spot kit through the mail, which you can return by UPS, that is reputable and accurate for a little under $100. that may be an alternative, if you are not sure about your test result.
if you have gotten genuine HGH in the past, you likely know how it makes you feel and it would be difficult for a scammer to provide a substance that would fake the sides... although younger guys i know really don't get the same sides as i do, which makes an accurate IGF-1 test more critical.
my educated "GUESS-TIMATE", based on my experience with HGH and the IGF-1 test is that for every 1iu/day dose, your IGF-1 level should increase no less than 50 ng/ml and most likely 100 ng/ml per daily 1 iu dose.
i would have expected your number to come back around 600, bro...
i hope this information is helpful for you and that you get to the bottom of this dilemma.

yes it is ng/ml. but we dont know how I was before. so I cannot really compare.
for example, my testo was 2,2 before and now is 16,7, while many people have 10.
it is impossible to have bunk hgh. i'm currently on branded and sealed hgh that works. i can see it on my body. Maybe it is too early to see big igf-1 levels? I'm on week 6.
anyway Im going to have another test in one month and I will see how it will go!

6 weeks should be enough to see a difference in the IGF-1 level. Let us know how your next blood test runs.

well, when I gave blood sample I was 12 hours off HGH. maybe you guys took HGH and after 1 one gave blood sample? I gave it morning while my last dose was last evening.
I wanted to know my igf-1 level during the day not just after taking HGH (peek time).
